Boosted Auto is a scam. They stole my original Subaru mats (both interior and exterior), tore my driver’s seat, and took my boot cover—then had the audacity to gaslight me about it. I took my car to Boosted Auto, and they swapped my brand-new 2010 Subaru Legacy mats (both interior and exterior) for old, incompatible ones. Boosted Auto also replaced my brand-new boot cover with an old, mismatched one and tore my driver’s seat—all of which they refused to take responsibility for. I immediately noticed the difference because the mats Boosted Auto gave me don’t fit properly, lack retention hooks, and constantly slip—forcing me to step on the carpet when entering the car, something that never happened before. Subaru Corporation introduced retention hooks in the 2010 models to prevent mat slippage, which the 2009 mats don’t have. In the picture of my boot, you can clearly see that the boot cover doesn’t match the rest of the exterior, further proving that Boosted Auto swapped it. Pictures are attached as evidence. When I confronted Boosted Auto, the guy in charge of my car completely ignored me, always making unpleasant remarks about me being moneyed instead of addressing the issue. Another one pretended to listen, only to gaslight me by saying, “Then leave the mat with for me if they are too old and use your car without a boot cover” as if that erased the fact that they stole mine. When I refused to let it go, he blocked me instead of taking responsibility. Before buying my black 2010 Subaru Legacy, I had initially planned to buy a 2009 black Subaru Legacy from Boosted Auto, but I found a newer model. I trusted Boosted Auto and took it to their garage for repairs, and they swapped my original 2010 mats with the ones from a 2009 Subaru. 2010 mats fit in a 2009, because the floor layout is the same but not the other way around—proving Boosted Auto took mine and left me with an incompatible set. One of the shareholders in Boosted Auto is my own brother. Yet, that didn’t stop them from mistreating me, lying to my face, and blocking me when I demanded accountability. I even took car insurance coverage with them. *If they can scam family, imagine how little they care about other customers. This place operates on lies, theft, and zero accountability. Do not take your car here unless you want to be robbed & disrespected.
